Katte tacked on her second goal of the day midway through to lead 5-2, but the Buccaneers went on a hot streak to with halftime approaching to tie the game at five. Katte would not let the tied game last long, completing the hat-trick with under a minute to play in the first half to lead 6-5 at the break.

Bode and Ninmann both connected on goals within 30 seconds of each other to give the Red & White a two-goal lead but was a cut down to one with free-position goal from the Buccaneers to make it 8-7. Ninmann closed off her hat trick with under six minutes in the third to bring it back up to a two-goal lead, while Bode finished hers 49 seconds later with the Raiders a man down to make it 10-7. After another Buccaneers answer and a timeout, they began to pick up the momentum, eventually tying the game at 11 with 3:34 to play.
