ADRIAN, Mich. – The MSOE Rowing teams made their way to the annual Devils Lake Invitational on Saturday morning, hosted by the Adrian College Bulldogs. The rowers battled tough weather conditions, including scattered showers, mid-40s temperatures, and winds of 5-15 mph.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the Women's Varsity 4+, the Raiders squad of Ava Pike, Paige Phillips, Duaa Aljalous, Autumn Bunker and coxswain Keith Perona finished in a time of 10:07.40, good enough for 2nd place as they finished behind only Marietta College and besting the Adrian boat. The Raiders second boat of Katerina Flierl, Madison Mina, Kaliska Klusmeyer, Jen Miller and coxswain Brooke Stanley rounded out the race with a time of 10:34.10.
- The MSOE Men's Varsity 4+ was essentially a race between two boats of Raiders, as they left the Bulldogs in the dust while the boats of Red and White dueled down the choppy course. The Raiders boat of Liam Otten, Asuka Suzuki, Trey Miller, Ryan LeMay and coxswain Ray Tinianow narrowly edged out the boat of Vito Signaigo, Garin Schilling, David Frenkel, Jacob Borowczak and coxswain Raymen Vue with the winners finishing in a time of 7:48.40 while the runner up posted a time of 7:52.63.

th.
