GENEVA, Ohio – In one the most top-heavy fields in this event in Division III history,
Adam Shaw earns his second second-team all-American honors, finishing 11
th overall in the 1,500-meter run in his final race for MSOE men's track & field.

RECAP
- Shaw sat himself mid-pack to begin the prelim on Thursday and finished in seventh in his heat, running 3:53.02 and closing with a 59.18 final lap. Despite finishing outside the auto-qualifying position, Shaw qualified on time and was seeded eighth going into the final.
- Shaw had the same game plan in Saturday's final, sitting in eighth and striking position for the first two laps of the race. The load field began to cut the down the pace as Shaw faded back to tenth and then eleventh at the finish.
