Box Score KENOSHA, Wis. - The MSOE men's tennis team dropped their head-to-head clash with the Carthage College Firebirds on Sunday evening, as the Red and White took just one match from their regional foe.

Carthage College – 6

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Raiders took multiple games in each doubles set but failed to capture a win against the Firebirds as Carthage gained the early advantage.
• Carthage would take the first singles bout, before Augusto Eiji Yamazaki got the Raiders on the board with his victory in straight sets, 6-4, 6-1.  Trailing 2-1 with four matches left, the Raiders would look to mount their comeback. 
• Despite a valiant effort from Carlos Lopez at the #6 spot in the lineup, the Raiders were unable to topple the Firebirds, with Carthage sweeping MSOE the rest of the way.

The Raiders will face off against Hope College this Saturday, February 21^st, with matches starting at 3:00 P.M.
