Box Score MILWAUKEE – The MSOE Men's tennis team took on the Hope College Flying Dutchmen on Saturday afternoon, with the Raiders falling in a back-and-forth heartbreaker.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders were able to take two out of the three doubles set against Hope, with Miguel Lopez and Clark Rue teaming for the first MSOE win of the afternoon from the #2 slot. Augusto Eiji Yamazaki and Pedro Rezende Mendes would secure the point for the Red and White with their 6-4 win from the #3 spot in the lineup.
- Rue would secure the first single win for MSOE from the #5 spot in the singles lineup, taking his match in straight sets by scores of 6-3, 6-3. After the Flying Dutchmen took the next two singles matches, Eiji Yamazaki would lock up a 6-4, 6-0 win from the #3 slot, putting the Raiders within a point of the team victory. Despite taking the #1 and #2 singles bout to a third-set tiebreaker, the Raiders would fall to Hope after the high scoring matches.
