WHITEWATER, Wis. –
Jessa Alderman shattered records and set the top mark in the country as the MSOE women's track & field team competed at the Rex Foster Twilight.
RECAP
- Alderman shattered both school and conference record in the shot put, tossing 14.91 meters, for first place and is No. 1 in Division III so far this outdoor season. Josephine Jacklin finished second in the event with a toss of 12.80 meters, which is 28th nationally.
- Jacklin won the discus with 41.82 meters, sitting 24th nationally, with Alderman in second with 41.28 meters and is 33rd nationally. Katrina Wawrzyn finished second in the hammer throw, tossing 44.63 meters. In the jumps, Evelyn Horvat finished second in the triple jump with a leap of 10.33 meters.
- Over on the track, Natasha Konop had two fifth-place finishes on the day, first in the 100-meter hurdles in 17.24 seconds, and then in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:10.63. In the distance events, Alexis Dorner took sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 12:51.47

The Raiders will stay in Milwaukee next weekend as they'll compete at the Marquette Invitational on Saturday, April 11
th.
