MILWAUKEE – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) has announced the all-conference and major awards, with the members of the MSOE baseball team earning honors, highlighted by Zach Brzezinski being named Pitcher of the Year.

Brzezinski, a junior from Sun Prairie, led the Raiders as the team's ace in the starting rotation, having an ERA of 3.33 and an overall record of 7-2 in eleven appearances making nine starts. On the year, Brzezinski has struck out 70 batters, allowing just 14 walks and opponents hitting just .271. Brzezinski set a career-high ten strikeouts in a 9-4 victory over Central College on March 1st, while also having back-to-back nine-inning complete games, allowing just two hits and striking out eight in both of them.

Brzezinski, who also earned first-team honors, is joined by Max Babich and Aagam Shah in the honors. Babich leads the conference with a 1.58 ERA and .98 WHIP in 18 relief appearances, adding four saves. Batters facing Babich were held to a .167 batting average, striking out 47 of them and just 23 hits in 40 innings of work. Shah in 13 appearances had a 1.98 ERA with a WHIP of .99, striking out 20 batters as they hit .240 on him.

Eric Williamson, Camden Hoier, and Kyle Mayberry all earned second-team honors, all three earning their first all-conference honors of their career. Williamson made eleven appearances in the starting rotation, having a 3.62 ERA in 49.2 innings of work, striking out 48 with opponents hitting .210 against him. Hoier has been a mainstay at the first-base position, hitting .441 with a .614 slugging percentage and 1.134 OPS. Hoier leads the team with 56 hits and 13 doubles for 31 RBIs, riding a 12-game hit streak from April 3rd to April 25th. Mayberry, serving as the team's designated hitter, leads the team with five homeruns, having a multi-homer game against Aurora on April 11th, hitting .324 and an OPS of .952. Mayberry has totaled 26 RBIs with eleven doubles, playing in all 40 games this season.

Four Raiders earned honorable mention honors, being Ben Sullivan, Christian Bosque, AJ Le, and Jake Franks. Sullivan, seeing action as the game two catcher, has been hitting .313 with 15 base hits, including three doubles and a home run against Dominican on March 21st. Bosque, who moved over to second base this season, had a .989 fielding percentage this season with 81 assists, hitting .315 with 45 base hits and 10 doubles, swiping 17 bags. Le has continued to be an extra base hit machine, having 16 on the team with 10 doubles, three doubles, and two home runs, driving in 28 as he hit .331 on the year. Franks has been a monster on the base paths this season, leading the team with 19 stolen bases and drew 22 walks.
