Club Sports

Mission Statement

The Club Sports program is designed to provide opportunities for MSOE students to continue participating or learn a new sport/recreational activity.

About Club Sports

Club Sports fall on a competitive level between intramurals and intercollegiate athletics. The member's involvement in the clubs is structured to be a learning experience through their involvement in the organization and administration of club activities as well as the development of sports skills. In order for clubs to remain in existence, clubs must fundraise and charge membership dues. Many of the Club Sports play in leagues and compete at the local, regional, and national level. Participation in the Club Sports program is an excellent way to develop leadership skills, meet new friends, and stay active while enhancing athletic skills. Although each club varies in its level of competition and commitment requirements, each club offers an opportunity to represent MSOE as part of a team.

Registration

All club sports must re-register at the beginning of each school year. Forms are due by week two of the 2023-24 school year. Clubs must fill out a registration documents and sign a roster form agreeing they have read the Release of Liability form. Please email Brian Miller, Coordinator of Athletic Operations & Club Sports for access to registration documents at millerbj@msoe.edu.
