Playing Career:
- Played for 18 years in the UK, and briefly played in the academy at Burnley (as an 11yr old)
Coaching Career:
- Interned at Salford City in the Sports Science department, working with current and former Premier League & Champions League players
- Moved into coaching with academy head coaching roles at two professional clubs in Wales working with U19, U14 & U11
- After moving to USA, coached ODP and for 5 years coached the top teams at Madison 56ers competing nationally in the country's top platforms and winning a state championship
Personal:
- Graduated from Bangor University in Sports Science, bringing an in-depth background in all physical and psychological components of elite sports performance
- USSF B License, UEFA C License, certificates in advanced match analysis and tactical periodization
