Davinci has been an assistant basketball coach at MSOE for 25 years. For the first 21 years, he served in the men’s basketball program, during which time he won both a conference championship and a tournament championship and competed in the NCAA tournament. He has coached X All-Conference players,  3 Rookies of the Year, 3 Players of the Year, as well as multiple All-Region players, All-American players, CoSIDA All-Americans, and one CoSIDA Player of the Year. During his time as men’s assistant basketball coach, the teams have consistently been among the best defensive teams in the league.
 
Coach Wallace is entering his fourth season as the assistant women's basketball coach at MSOE. During this time, the team has won over half their games. Coach Wallace has contributed to the team's defensive mindset, helping them rank among the top defensive teams in the league. In addition to his coaching duties, he has held various roles at MSOE, and he currently serves as the associate athletic director.
