Box Score MEQUON, Wis. – The MSOE men's soccer team surrendered a goal in each half in falling to Concordia Wisconsin 2-0 Saturday afternoon at Fitting Field.
The Raiders (8-4-3, 4-3 NACC) suffered just their first loss away from home this season.
CUW got on the board in the 21st minute when some one-touch passing set up Gavin Winston inside the penalty area to finish from eight yards out. An insurance score came in the 59th minute when Keeg Van Dusseldorp found the back of the net on a 25-yard blast.
MSOE put four of its 12 shots in the game on goal, but was unable to crack the Falcon defense. Senior Jake Tenut led the offense with four shots, including two on goal. Sophomore Logan Andryk took three shots with one going on frame.
The Raiders return to action Wednesday night at Edgewood in Madison.
