Box Score MILWAUKEE – After opening up the season with a split decision in the NACC-UMAC Challenge, MSOE men's basketball was looking to get back into the win column and move their early season record above the .500 mark. A total team effort allowed them to do just that as they beat visiting Maranatha Baptist by 25.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (2-1) had contributions from the entire squad in Saturday afternoon's ballgame as 17 Raiders saw action out on the court.
- The Raiders shot 41.2 percent from the field in the first half while their defense limited Maranatha Baptist to only eight field goals in the opening frame.
- Their second run of 11 or more points helped the Red & White put things away early on in the back half of the contest while they also increased their shooting percentage by 12 points.
- The Raiders held the lead in the ballgame for more than 37 minutes as they coast to the easy decision.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The Raiders have now beaten Maranatha 19 straight times. Their last loss to the Sabercats came back in February of 2004.
- MSOE dominated inside of the paint and outscored MBU 38-14 in that category.
- 15 of the 17 Raiders recorded at least two points in the game.
