Box Score MILWAUKEE – Score over 80 points one night, only allow 25 the next. The MSOE women's basketball team turned in another dominate performance against Alverno this evening, giving the Raiders two wins in as many days.
FINAL SCORE
MSOE Raiders – 63
Alverno – 25
HOW IT HAPPENED
MSOE (2-5, 2-4 NACC North) did not drop 80 plus points like they did yesterday in tonight's contest, but they still secured a different kind of blowout. The Raiders defense was on the top of their game against Alverno (0-5, 0-5 NACC North), allowing the Inferno to score just 25 points. In fact, there was just one quarter in which Alverno scored in double digits. The Red & White held their opponents to just two points in the first quarter, seven in the second, and five in the third. MSOE shot only 33.3 percent during the game, but the massive lead allowed all 15 Raiders to see the court again tonight. The Red and White forced 39 turnovers, converting those into 40 points. MSOE led by as much as 39 points as they coast to the series sweep.
