Raiders Blank Second Straight Opponent

RIVER FOREST, Ill. – After securing their first conference win of the year, MSOE men's tennis was looking to make it two in a row. This wasn't a problem for the Red & White as they won their second straight match by the score of 9-0.

MATCH SCORE
MSOE RAIDERS – 9
Dominican – 0

HOW IT HAPPENED
MSOE (3-5, 2-0 NACC) was in complete control in Saturday's match. The Raiders dominated Dominican (0-2, 0-2 NACC) in both singles and doubles action, making sure the Stars never even got close to winning a set. Alex Nakasato and Connor Splingaire had the most lopsided pairs victory as they downed their opponents by the score of 8-1. Nakasato would continue his effort in the third singles spot with a 6-0, 6-0 win. The Red & White had nine sets in which they did not let Dominican win more than two games. Josh Fay won out of the sixth spot 6-1, 6-1 and Alec Dam had no problems from the top slot with outcomes of 6-0, 6-2 in the Raiders clean sweep on the road.

WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will take a week off before hitting the courts against Concordia Wisconsin on Saturday, April 17th. Match time from Mequon, Wis. is set for 12:00 pm.
