Donovan Carter wasn't enough to stop the Concordia University-Wisconsin Falcons as the MSOE men's basketball dropped its conference opener Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Chase Cummings got the night started with the jumper for MSOE (1-4, 0-1 NACC) with Concordia-Wisconsin (1-5, 1-0 NACC) claiming a two-point lead just five minutes in 10-8. With a 13-12 lead, Carter with a steal and finish on the other end sparked the Raiders as they held eight-point advantage throughout the majority of the first half, taking a 34-30 lead at the break.
- The Raiders continued to improve its lead to start the second half after a jumper from Matus Dopirak put the Red & White up 39-30. The Falcons worked their way back into the mix, tying up the game at 44 as the two sides began to go back and forth. A three-pointer from Cummings gave the Raiders the slight edge 52-50 with 10:10 remaining, but that was the last time the Raiders found themselves ahead, eventually falling to the Falcons.
