KENOSHA, Wis. – The MSOE men's and women's swimming & dive teams saw multiple top-15 finishes over the weekend at the Carthage Classic.
MEN'S TEAM RECAP
- Jake Dahlgren finished 13th overall on the weekend in the 200-yard breaststroke with a 2:33.44. Garin Schilling took 14th overall in the 100-yard backstroke with a 57.14 but swam 56.42 in the prelims.
- Schilling and Dahlgren joined Drew Esson and Spencer Guercio in the 400-yard medley taking 13th with a time of 3:55.16. Schilling, Guercio, and Esson added Evander Craig in the 200-yard freestyle finishing 13th as well for a time of 1:35.68. The 200-yard medley also finished 13th overall with Schilling, Peter Meier, Esson, and Guercio in 1:51.40, while the Raiders finished 14th in the 400-yard freestyle in 3:33.38 with Esson, Craig, Guercio, and Schilling.
WOMEN'S TEAM RECAP
- Ava Pike had the best finish of the weekend in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 25.63 to finish 11th after finishing in ninth in the prelim. Sarah Kenny took 14th in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:45.65 after finishing the prelims in the 13th with a time of 2:43.17.
- The Raiders had two 13th place finishes in the relays, starting with the 800-yard freestyle with Katie Herbst, Sydney Balboni, Chloe Moran, and Sarah Kenny in 9:22.74. and the 400-yard medley of Moran, Kenny, Herbst, Pike in 4:39.96. Two 14th place finishes in relays as well, starting with the 200-yard freestyle of Balboni, Virginia Conaty, Joce Katte, and Pike in 1:53.32, along with Katte, Kenny, Balboni, and Pike in the 200-yard medley in 2:02.97.

The Raiders conclude their season for the semester and will be back in the pool on January 19
th at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
