OSHKOSH, Wis. – Going up against a undefeated squad in UW-Oshkosh, the MSOE softball team fell in both games after a heartbreaking walk-off loss and a high powering offense in the second game.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Game One
  • It was a complete pitchers duel in the first game as no scoring came until the top of the 11^th inning. Grace Salaja started the inning with a walk as Faith Matta stepped to the plate. A groundball to the third basement forced a throwing error that brought Salaja all the way around to score to take the lead for MSOE ().
  • Unfortunately, UW-Oshkosh () worked their way to bases loaded with a single bringing in the tying run, as the next batter brought in the walk-off run as the Titans won 2-1.
• Game Two
  • A complete flip of the switch to start the second game as the Titans put four runs on the board to begin the first inning. In the top of the third inning, Jenna Trewyn singled into left field to bring in both Salaja and Jenna O'Donnell to cut the deficit 4-2.
  • A triple from the Titans in the bottom of fourth to bring a run in the score to grow their lead to 5-2. The Titans added insurance in the bottom of the sixth innings to put away the Raiders, winning 10-2.

WHO'S ON DECK
The Raiders will have over two weeks away from playing until they take on Carthage College in a double-header on Monday, March 27^th, with the first game beginning at 3 PM.
