MADISON, Wis. – The MSOE women's soccer team dominated the ball offensively to keep their streak going against Edgewood College Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• MSOE (6-0-2, 2-0-0 NACC) held the ball on their side of the field for a vast majority of the first half. The Raiders were able to get 13 shots off on the Edgewood (2-3-1, 0-2-0 NACC) defense, but couldn't get anything past, heading into the break deadlocked at zero. The Raiders continued to dominate the offensive side of the ball to begin the second half as Emma Halverson took it herself for her first goal of the season.
• While the Raiders defense didn't get it's first test until the second half the Eagles got their first shots of the game off, Megan Lacina was a stalemate in the net not allowing anything through having four saves. Elizabeth Kuhn in the final minute put the game one ice, taking the feed from Leena Afifi to cap it off, winning 2-0.

RAIDER REMARKS

• The Raiders continue their reign going up against the Eagles, having not lost in the last 11 meetings between the two, going 10-0-1.
