HOW IT HAPPENED
- Carter Shavitz led the charge in the first set totaling six kills along with a massive block from Matthew Schultz and Callan Harris as MSOE (6-7, 2-2 NACC) began 21-2, including a huge 12-0 run. Wisconsin Lutheran (3-13, 0-5 NACC) trickled off a few points before the set ended by a dump from Parker Rings as the Raiders took it 25-5.
- The errors from the Warriors kept appearing as the Raiders started the second set 13-2. Eric Mueller stepped onto the court in the set leading the charge with three kills as they once again cruised to a 25-8 set win. Many new faces saw action in the third set, led by James Zippay with four kills and John Wolf with three. The Warriors hoped to keep things interesting staying within single digits the whole set but continued to make things too easy for the Raiders as they finished them off 25-19.
