MILWAUKEE, Wis.– The MSOE men's lacrosse team clashed with the Spartans of Aurora University on Saturday afternoon, falling 7-3 in a physical, defensive-minded battle.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Raiders (6-6, 2-2 NACC) trailed the Spartans (8-5, 4-0 NACC) after the first period, as the Spartans opened the scoring five minutes into the contest. Ethan Marasco put the Raiders on the board with just over three minutes left in the first, thanks to an assist from Jack Civottolo, his first of two on the day. Case Roberts would add another MSOE goal minutes before the half, as the Raiders trailed 3-2, being outshot 25-11 in the first half, while posting a -6 turnover differential.
- The Raiders final goal of the game would come at the 11:06 mark off the stick of Aidan Regan, as the MSOE offense struggled to maintain consistent possession time. The Raiders Thomas Miles finished with 16 saves, while Carson Harris racked up five ground balls in a low-scoring 7-3 loss.
