WHEATON, Ill. – MSOE women's soccer closed out their trip to Wheaton with a matchup against the Pioneers of Carroll University. The Raider's road trip turned out to be a successful one, as the Raiders leave Illinois 2-0 after a 3-1 win over the Pioneers.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (2-0) took the first lead of the game over Carroll (1-1) after Claire Bradford continued her quick start to the season by converting on a PK opportunity at the 12:46 mark to put the Raiders ahead 1-0.
- After a smothering an offensive chance by the Pioneers, the Raiders would tally another goal, this time it was freshmen Kit Gormley recording the first of her career off another assist from Elizabeth Kuhn after her three-assist day against Wheaton.
- Carroll would eventually get on the board after getting one past goal keeper Page Sanchez with less than twenty minutes to play. Sanchez would finish with seven saves and the Raiders would respond a mere 37 seconds later as Kuhn tallied a goal of her own allowing MSOE to shut the door on the Orange and Blue with a final score of 3-1.
