MILWAUKEE – The MSOE men's soccer team took Viets Field for the first time this season. Looking to avenge one their two losses from a season ago, the Raiders concluded their 90-minutes with Wartburg College in a draw.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After limited action to begin the match, MSOE (0-1-1, 0-0-0 NACC) was the first to strike after their second shot of the day went through from Danny Aranda. The Raiders continued to press on offense adding three more shots compared to Wartburg (1-0-1, 0-0-0 American Rivers) with one. Near the end of the first half, the Knights tied things up after a penalty kick at one, which held at the break.
- The Knights continued their momentum right into the second half, scoring in the 46th minute for a 2-1 lead. The Raiders continued to outshoot the Knights, eventually paying off as Braedon Smith scored his first career goal from Austin Killen. The Raiders had one final opportunity when Ian Frost took the final shot of the game with under 20-seconds remaining but unfortunately sailed high, ending the game at a draw.
