- The three-point line saw action early as Joey Jendusa knocked one in to open the game before Dominican (1-12, 1-5 NACC) hit three straight to lead 9-3. The Stars continued to lead throughout the majority of the first half until Daniel Franklin IV fed Jendusa for a layup to tie the game at 21 with 5:58 to play. MSOE (7-6, 5-1 NACC) retook the lead two possessions later as Franklin hit one from long range as each side then traded the lead a pair of times as the Stars headed into the break leading 36-34.
- The Raiders retook the lead twice early to open the second half as Wit nailed a pair of threes before Cordelli laid one in to lead 45-39 for their largest lead of the game. The Stars tied up the game a minute later. Franklin brought the lead back up to five after tipping in a basket with 12:17 to play before the Stars were able to attack the paint and tie the game at 59 with 4:28 in regulation. - Franklin made the jump the Raiders wanted to open the extra five minutes as the Raiders snagged the advantage on pair of free throws on their opening possession. Dopirak's fire continued to spark as he scored the Raiders' next eleven points, including a massive three-pointer to give the Red & White a four-point lead with 39 seconds to play.
