HOW IT HAPPENED
- The two sides traded baskets to tie at five to open the game before St. Norbert (18-6, 15-2 NACC) hit a three, beginning to take control of the first half. The Green Knights would take a double-digit lead with 8:28 remaining in the first half but would get cut down to a possession game after a Dopriak three with four minutes left. The Green Knights would hit a layup a few possessions later that MSOE (17-7, 15-2 NACC) answered on the next possession as Ethan Johnson hit a mid-range jumper to keep it a two-point game at the break, 32-30.
- The Raiders tied up the game on the opening possession of the second half as Jonathan Burroughs but didn't phase the Green Knights as they immediately hit their next two baskets to lead by five. Dopirak responded with five-straight points himself with 14 minutes to play to tie the game at 44. With just under eleven minutes to play, the Raiders went on a 13-4 run to take their first lead of the game, stretching it to a nine-point lead.
