ADRIAN, Mich. – With the game not going their way on Friday, MSOE men's hockey was hoping to turn things around in a Saturday afternoon contest to close out the series against Adrian. The Bulldogs had other plans however and beat the Raiders by five.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• It looked like things were going to be different than last night when Matt Hanewall scored MSOE's (2-6-2, 1-4-1 NCHA) first goal just 21 seconds into the contest.
• Unfortunately, that would be the first and last goal the Raiders put up on the board.
• No. 2 Adrian (9-1-0, 6-0-0 NCHA) scored two in the second and four in the third to sweep the Red & White in the two-game series and win the overall season series with one game between the two teams remaining.

• MSOE sent Adrian on the powerplay eight times with the Bulldogs converting on two of them.
