CHICAGO, ILL. – In their largest meet of the season, the men's and women's MSOE track & field teams took top 10 finishes at the Aurora Grand Prix, seeing many personal bests and a pair of school records taken down.

MEN'S TEAM RECAP
- Adam Shaw took a second off the school record, running 1:54.73 to finish fourth overall. He currently sits 37th in the event nationally, while leading the NACC by five seconds. Collin Hook made his way into the final of the 60-meter hurdles, finishing in seventh running 9.07. The 4x400 meter relay of Daniel Burant, Nate Bong, Shaw, and Hunter Thelen would also points to the Raiders total, finishing in eighth running 3:34.95.
- Tyler Brantner had himself a day in the field events, having the highest finish in an event by Raider with a second-place finish in the high jump, leaping 1.88 meters. He followed that up with a fifth-place finish in the long jump, jumping 6.33m. Steve Maye also added points in the high jump, tying for fifth place going 1.78m, with Kyle Conrad
WOMEN'S TEAM RECAP
- Kaitlyn Rodman lowered her school record in the 3,000-meter run, finishing with a time of 10:37.50 to take fifth place. Mackenzie Caves took fourth in the triple jump leaping 11.08 meters, while Grace Menzia vaulted 3.25 meters in the pole vault to finish in seventh.
- It was a big day in the throws for the Raiders as Katrina Wawryn tossed 12.46 meters in the shot put to finish in second, while Josephine Jacklin finished fifth with a throw of 11.93 meters. In the weight throw, Elizabeth Mikkelson finished in fifth place with a personal best throw of 15.08 meters.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Raiders will travel to Ripon College next Saturday and compete in the Red Hawk Invite on February 4th. Events starts at 10:45 AM.
