Katrina Wawrzyn and
Elizabeth Mikkelson, the MSOE track & field teams had top level performances throughout the events leading to a second place finish for the women and a third place finish for the men.

MEN'S TEAM RECAP
- The Raiders completely swept the 5,000-meter run taking the first six positions, led by Colby Branch with a time of 15:22.20. Xander Gottner came in second place with a time of 15:26.05, with Patrick Lee coming third (15:27.91). Isaac Hunter was runner-up in the 100-meter dash, clocking a time of 10.84 second and was the lead-off leg of the 4x100-meter relay that was victorious (43.32) with Cameron Nenning, Aidan Ramstack, and Evan Ploeckelman. Also having a top three finish was Collin Hook in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.87.
- In the field events, Ethan Wrasman took a third-place finish in the shot put with a toss of 13.80m, with brother Jacob Fritsch and Gavin Fritsch right behind in fourth (13.11m) and fifth (13.01m), respectively. Also having a third-place finish was Grayson Adams in the pole vault going 4.15m.
WOMEN'S TEAM RECAP
- After her NACC honors last week, Wawryzn took down two more school records as she rebroke her record in the shot put with a toss of 13.51m and was also the champion the discus with throw of 43.37m. Her mark in the shot-put moves her up to No. 7 nationally, while she now also sits No. 12 nationally in the discus. Mikkelson also rebroke her school record in the hammer throw with a toss of 48.60m and sits No. 19 nationally as well. Also in the hammer throw, Ava Larson took third overall throwing 42.31m.
- Gillian Spuhler and Gillian McDaniel dominated the horizonal jumps as Spuhler won the triple jump and finished second in the long jump, while McDaniel won the long jump and finished third in the triple. MacKenzie Bollis took third in the 400-meter hurdles (1:10.22) and ran a leg on both the 4x400-meter relay and 4x100-meter relay that were second and third, respectively. Molly Stewart also added a victory in the 5,000-meter run (19:30.12) and Sabryn Bley was runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:56.58).

The Raiders head to Platteville to compete in the UW-Platteville Invitational on Saturday, April 15
th with events beginning at 11 AM.
