MILWAUKEE – Three Raiders earned NACC Student-Athlete of the Week honors after the conference awarded

Daniel Geerts and
Graden Jansen for their performances across the week of Feb. 7
th- Feb. 15
th.
Alderman, a senior from Janesville, Wisconsin, won both the shot put and weight throw at the Dick Hendricks Invitational hosted by Ripon College. She took the shot put with a throw of 14.03 meters (46-0 1/2) and the weight throw with a toss of 16.64 meters (54-7 1/4). Alderman's mark in the weight throw is a new personal best and sits 27th on the NCAA Division III performance list.
Geerts, a sophomore from Westminster, Colorado, reset his own MSOE record in the 60-meter hurdles, clocking a time of 8.17 second to place first at the Ripon College Dick Hendricks Invitational. His time currently sits 18th on the NCAA Division III performance list.
Jansen, a junior face-off specialist from Ballwin, Missouri, went 9-of-16 at the spot in MSOE's 10-2 season-opening loss to Carthage. He followed that up with a 16-of-21 effort on draws while also scoring a goal and an assist in the Raiders' 11-10 double-overtime win against Carroll (Wis.).
Alderman, Geerts and the rest of the Raiders return on Friday, February 27
th for the NACC Indoor Championship in Ripon, Wis. Start times are TBD.
Jansen and the men's lacrosse team will host Spalding University this Saturday, February 21
st. The action is set to begin at 1:00 P.M.
