Box Score KENOSHA, Wis. – MSOE men's volleyball was back in action on Saturday afternoon after a weeklong break. The Raiders picked up where they left off, taking down UC Santa Cruz to keep their 2022 record pristine during a neutral site matchup down in Kenosha.

MSOE RAIDERS – 3 (26-25-24-25)
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Though MSOE (3-0) came away with the victory this afternoon, it was a tightly contested ballgame with all but one set decided by two points or less. Thankfully the Raiders were on the right side of those outcomes starting with a thrilling 26-24 first frame victory.
- UC Santa Cruz (1-9) kept things interesting however, once again taking the Red & White to the limit in the second set before hitting .394 in a come from behind 26-24 victory during the third. UCSC picked up the win even with the Raiders hit .438 on their end.
- Still up 2-1 in the match, MSOE kept up their strong play and slammed home 15 kills to put the Banana Slugs away with a decisive 25-20 win.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The Red & White have won three out of their last four games against their foes from the West Coast.
- Senior Josh Kleinschmidt had a career high 21 kills against the Banana Slugs.
