Box Score RIVER FOREST, Ill. – MSOE men's volleyball came into Thursday night's match with No. 2 Dominican with a chance to punch their ticket to the NACC championship on Saturday. Unfortunately, the Raiders couldn't replicate the performance they had against the Stars last week and fell 3-0 on the road.

No. 5 MSOE RAIDERS – 0 (15 | 22 |18)
No. 1 Dominican – 3 (25 | 25 | 25)
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Fifth seeded MSOE (15-10, 9-3 NACC) went to battle with top seeded No. 2 Dominican (23-1, 12-0 NACC) for the second time in six days but unfortunately, they couldn't duplicate the results the Raiders had against the Stars last Friday.
- The Red & White weren't able to come away with a set win in their semi-final contest on Thursday and ended with a seven kill ,11 error performance in a 25-15 first frame loss.
- MSOE rebounded in the second set and hit .471 but couldn't hold on to a mid-stanza advantage. The Raiders hung in there however but couldn't register another point at 22-22 in a three-point loss.
- The Stars led start to finish in what would be the final set of the season as the Red & White fell 25-18 and dropped the match in straight sets.
