Box Score MILWAUKEE – After completing in many tight battles as of late, the MSOE men's volleyball team cruises past Rockford University in a 3-0 sweep.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- It was a slow start for MSOE (8-12, 6-2 NACC) as Rockford (5-12, 1-7 NACC) jumped to a 9-5 lead. A 7-1 run for the Raiders gave them a 12-10 advantage, eventually growing its lead 19-14. The Regents worked back to get within one, but two final kills from Ted Simpson and Ian Glashagel ended the first set 25-22.
- Similarly, the Regents held the advantage through most of the second set. As they led 15-13, a 4-0 run from the Raiders gave them their first lead since early in the set. The two sides eventually tied at 20, but the Raiders rattled off a 5-0 run to seal the second set 25-20.
- The Raiders wasted no time setting the tone jumping out to a quick 5-0 lead. They held that advantage through the midway point, but a 5-1 capped by two John Wolf kills gave them a 18-11 lead. The Raiders cruised the rest of the set to finish off the sweep 25-18.
RAIDER REMARKS
- The Raiders held an attacking percentage advantage in all three sets, including shutting out the Regents in the third set while having a .480 percentage of their own.
