MILWAUKEE – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) has released their preseason poll for the upcoming 2025-26 men's basketball season, with MSOE receiving the most first-place votes with ten as they were voted second.
The Raiders were just edged out by Concordia University Wisconsin with 305-302. St. Norbert College was voted third with four first-place votes while Wisconsin Lutheran College was fourth, also with four first-place votes. Aurora University rounded out the top five with Benedictine voted sixth and Marian University and Rockford University finishing out the top eight.
First-team all-conference and second-team all-region performer
Mason Dopirak returns to the hardwood for his senior season, who led the NACC averaging 22.2 points per game, along with averaging 5.9 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. His brother
Matus Dopirak, who missed last season due to injury, is also back who averaged ten points per game in the 2023-24 season.
The Raiders, who are receiving 12 votes in the D3Hoops.com national poll, kick off their season at home on Saturday, November 8
th as they host University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point before opening conference play on December 3
rd when they welcome Dominican University.
