MILWAUKEE – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) has announced its recipients of the Winter/Spring FAR award with Donovan Carter being named as one of the recipients.

The award was developed by the NACC's Faculty Athletics Representatives (FARs) in order to recognize outstanding achievements and commitment in three essential areas - academic performance, contribution to athletics, and service to the campus community. Additionally, it recognizes the perseverance and determination demonstrated in the pursuit of success in those endeavors.

A two-time all-NACC selection (2024-second team, 2025-first team), Carter is MSOE's career (.880) and single-season (.911, 2023-24) leader in free throw percentage. Carter also ranks second in career 3-point field goal percentage (.431) and became the 19th player in program history to surpass 1,000 career points.

Academically, Carter graduated with his undergraduate degree in May 2024, majoring in finance with a 3.95 grade-point average. He took advantage of an extra year of eligibility during the 2024-25 academic year and completed his MBA.
