MILWAUKEE – MSOE athletic director Bill Massoels has announced Monday that head swim & dive coach Joel Rollings has stepped down for a Division I head coach opportunity.

Rollings took over as the program's first ever coach in the summer of 2023 and made an impact, creating a successful program over the course of his two seasons. Competing in the Liberal Arts Conference this past season, Rollings was recognized as men's head coach of the year after the Raiders finished in third place, having two conference champions and eight all-conference finishes. He coached five head-to-head victories over the two seasons, along with three other first-place finishes.

The Raiders will announce their plan for a head coaching search in the coming weeks.
