HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (8-3-3, 6-0-2 NACC) took control of Saturday afternoon's contest early on as both Zach Thompson and Jack Van Dyke scored unassisted within the first 25 minutes of the ballgame.
- Alexander Vujovic added another one for the Raiders in the 38th minute right before Benedictine (9-3-2, 6-2-2 NACC) started their comeback.
- The Eagles notched scores at 38:28 and 46:48 to pull within one, but that was as close as they would get.
- Steven Arthur gave the Raiders a much need insurance goal in the 59th minute, one that would close out the scoring and hand the Red & White their two-goal victory.
