MILWAUKEE – MSOE men's lacrosse hit the very wet playing surface of Viets Field looking to start their week off right against Edgewood. While the conditions weren't ideal, the Raiders didn't have any troubles putting up another 20-point performance in a 15-goal victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• MSOE (8-2, 4-0 NACC) got off to a somewhat slow start in the first quarter, scoring four goals in response to Edgewood's (3-7, 0-4 NACC) one, but really got things going when they put up a seven spot in the second.
• Up 11-4, the Raiders added ten more to their total in the last two frames of the contest and allowed solo Eagles goals in the third and fourth quarters.
• Tanner Whipps led the way with six goals and four assists, but he was far from the only one with multiple tallies. Erik Nelson, Sam Thompson, Liam Brown, Soren Savard, and Peter Ruschenberg all had at least two goals in the Raiders 21-6 win.

RAIDER REMARKS

• Two up, two down for the Red & White over Edgewood. MSOE has now beaten the Eagles 42-10 in the pair of meetings.
• Tanner Whipps' ten points is tied for fifth most in a single game for the Raiders.
