Box Score MILWAUKEE – MSOE men's soccer celebrated the life and legacy of Jimmy Banks last night when they welcomed Marian to Viets Field. The Raiders absolutely made their late coach proud by using a strong second half to come away with a three-goal victory over the Sabres on Wednesday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- MSOE (6-3-1, 4-0-0 NACC) played a tense first half with Marian (3-7-0, 0-5-0 NACC), one that saw the Sabres get on the scoreboard first with a goal in the 21st minute.
- The Raiders would respond shortly thereafter when Lucas D'Amato successfully converted on a penalty kick to tie the game at 1-1.
- While the Red & White allowed five Marian shots in the first half, the Sabres would not get a single one off in a second half that was completely dominated by the Raiders.
- Lukas Schwenke scored the game winning goal off an assist from Freddy Comparato at 63:26.
- MSOE wasn't done lighting up the scoreboard, however. Lu Shi Peng Xiong netted back-to-back goals within two minutes of each other, one of which was assisted by Steven Arthur, to close out the action in their 4-1 victory.
RAIDER REMARKS
- With the win, the Raiders ran their winning streak against Marian to 18 games.
- Lu Shi Peng Xiong notched the first multi-goal game of his career.
